  • 01My child has eczema. Is Kids & More safe?

    Yes — Kids & More is formulated specifically with eczema-prone skin in mind. The lotion uses colloidal oat and calendula, both well-studied for atopic-prone skin. Patch-test on the inner forearm for 48 hours before full use. If your child is on a prescription steroid or moisturiser, keep using it and add Kids & More as the maintenance moisturiser between flares.

  • 02From what age can my baby use it?

    The body lotion is gentle from 3 months. The bath gel is from 6 months. For newborns under 3 months, talk to your paediatrician first — newborn skin is still building its barrier.

  • 03Is it really fragrance-free?

    The Kids & More Original line is fragrance-free. The Bath Gel has a very light, natural calendula scent — no synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no SLS. We don't add fragrance for fragrance's sake.

  • 04My toddler has dry patches behind the knees and on the elbows that won't go. Will this help?

    Yes — those are classic atopic spots. Use the Kids & More Body Lotion twice daily on damp skin (within 3 minutes of bath time) for at least 14 days. The patches usually visibly soften by day 7. If they're cracking, bleeding, or weeping, see your paediatrician — that's beyond what a moisturiser can fix.

  • 05Can adults with sensitive skin use this?
