01What's the difference between WhiteGlow and Kojic?
WhiteGlow is our daily-use brightening line — gentler concentrations, formulated for everyday shower-and-moisturise. Kojic is the dedicated active-ingredient line for when you want a targeted treatment. Most customers start with WhiteGlow, add Kojic later if they want more.
02Will this lighten my skin?
WhiteGlow is built to even tone, not to lighten. The brightening complex fades patchy areas (knees, elbows, post-acne marks) so your skin reads as one consistent shade. Your natural complexion stays yours.
03How long to see results?
Two weeks for hydration improvements. Four to eight weeks for visible tone-evening, depending on how deep the discolouration is. The Gold and Carrot variants work fastest on uneven tone; the Papaya is the gentlest for sensitive skin.
04Which variant should I start with?
For first-time users: WhiteGlow Carrot Whitening Body Lotion + Carrot Exfoliating Whitening Soap. Stack the lotion daily, use the soap 3-4 times a week. Add the Gold Body Milk after week four if you want the next level.
05Safe for sensitive skin?
The Papaya Natural Whitening Black Soap is the most barrier-friendly entry. Start there. If your skin tolerates it after a week, layer in the Carrot lotion.
